FULLY AUTOMATIC THERMAL OIL GENERATOR
Fabsteam is a fully automatic, forced Circulation type Thermal Engine and is available either as a Steam Generator for process requirements or as a Thermal Oil Heater for Heat Transmission applications and is especially suitable for Heating Insulated Bulk Bitumen Tanks designed and manufactured by our selves. The air, fuel, Heating Oil and temperature are controlled by state of the art electronic programmer and is comparable to much costlier systems. Standard Fabsteam units supply steam at 95% dryness fraction. A 99% pure quality steam can be obtained with the help of a separator. A water tank permits condensation recovery and make-up water addition. Like any Steam Generator, Fabsteam must be fed with treated water, which is frequently obtained from an Ion exchanger. The Water Characteristics, however may require furter correction with additives introduced via a metering pump.

EFFICIENCY
Efficiency of 85% (on L.C.V.) obtained with fabsteam burner, three passes, and combustion air preheating circuit.

OIL PRESSURE
The Coils of fabsteam boilers are designed, manufactured and tested to withstand pressures upto 570 Psi. They are hydraulic tested at 850 Psi. Standard models are equipped with pumps and accessories suitable for pressures form 4.35 Psi to 4.35 Psi or above 174 Psi.

FUELS
Standard buners available for light oil, heavy oil or natural gas. Upon request, burners can be supplied for other gases as LPG and for dual-fuel service.

OUTPUT MODULATION
Fabsteam heaters follow closely the heating demand. Peak demands are absorbed smoothly, Pressure,and efficiency remain constant.

TESTS
Before delivery, fabsteam heaters are factory-tested for performance check.
