These Lifts are designed for installation on external facing of apartments or buildings where there is no provision for a lift well. The car rides in two steel guide rails which are mounted directly to the wall. The Lift is easy to operate and very simple to install without major modification in your civil works. This lift can carry two persons safely but is primarily meant for move freely or with other immobilities etc. This lift is not to be used for infants and children under 7 years of age without adult attendants. The motor and all control circuitry is totally enclosed and fitted at the top of guide rails, near the ceiling of the first floor.
 

The Mini Passenger Lift is very compact and can be sent to either floor for storage and then called back for use when needed through the use of "call-send" control stations at each level.
