META-PALLET SERIES OF ALL-STEEL PALLETS
Fabricon is pleased to present a new range of material handling and storage pallets in all-metal construction. Metal Pallet unlike the conventional wooden pallets, are more hygenic, durable and long lasting.

APPLICATION
Suitable for application where hygenic standards are relatively high as in Pharmaceutical industry, Medicine handling and storage, Bread and bakery or confectiary products and alike and all other general bulk cargo handling, all of which can easily be stored on warehouse racks, like our versatile RAPI-RACK Warehouse Pallet Storage System.

CONSTRUCTION
Meta-Pallet^Tm feature 1mm to 2mm sheet as top skin and standard thickness is 1.25mm which can be supplied in galvanized, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum with embossed projections on sides for better gripping of the material with embossed pressings diagonally between projections. The standard model of Pallet has rod reinforced curl edges all along the periphery of the top skin, formed by special dies on high tonnage press brakes, resulting in exceptionally high lateral strength.
Top skin is supported from the bottom by three channels of the same material as used in the top skin which is of slightly lighter gauge and directly pop riveted with the skin.

SIZES
Depending upon the requirements these Pallets are available in many sizes from 800x800mm to 1200x1200mm and bigger, (as 'A' & 'B' dimension in figure) and height from 100mm to 150mm (being 'C' dimension in figure). Custom sizes can also be made on special request. Weighing from 15 to 45 Kg. to conform to your Fork Lifter, Pallet Truck of Pallet Stacker and Warehouse storage rack Like our RAPI-RACK Warehouse Pallet Storage System. Load bearing capacity is upto a mighty 800Kg.
